Antalya ili Topallı Köyü'nün sosyo-ekonomik yapısının incelenmesi

Abstract

Bu çalısmada, Antalya l merkezine baglı (20 km.) ve genel olarak bitkisel üretim yapılan Topallı köyünün sosyo-ekonomik yapısı arastırılmıstır. Bu çalısmalar ısıgında, 414 haneden olusan Antalya li Merkez lçesi Topallı Köyünde 275 hanenin tarımsal üretim yaptıgı saptanmıstır. Bu isletmelerden 63’üne (%22,9 anket uygulanmıstır. Elde edilen bulgulara göre deneklerin %42’lik bir kısmı 1–10 dönüm arasında, %33’lük bir kısmı 11–20 dönüm arasında, %10’luk bir kısmı 21–30 dönüm arasında, %10’luk bir kısmı ise 31–50 dönüm arasında bir arazi varlıgına sahiptir. Anket uygulanan deneklerin %71’inin çiftçilikten baska herhangi bir ek gelir kaynagının bulunmadıgı, %29’unun ise çiftçilik yanı sıra ek gelir kaynagına da sahip oldukları saptanmıstır. Anket uygulanan deneklerin büyük çogunlugu (%61) verimlilik çagındaki yas grubundan (30–49) olusmaktadır. Deneklerin egitim seviyesi; % 90 oranında ilkokul, % 5 oranında lise mezunudur. % 5 oranında da okuma-yazma bilmeyen denek bulunmaktadır. Anket uygulanan deneklerin büyük bir çogunlugu sahip oldukları arazi alanlarına bugday, yulaf, domates, biber, bamya, karpuz ve kavun ekmektedirler. Anket uygulanan deneklerin %71’inin köy yollarının dar ve asfalt olmamasını, %48’inin köyde lise ve yüksekokul ile sosyal tesislerinin bulunmamasını, %19’unun da köye yatırım yapılmamasını köyün genel sorunları arasında gördükleri saptanmıstır. Anket uygulanan deneklerin %24’ü Türkiye’nin Avrupa Birligi üyeliginin kendi yasamlarını olumlu etkileyecegini, %33’ü olumsuz etkileyecegini, %5’i degisen bir sey olmayacagını düsünmektedirler. %38’inin ise bu konuda herhangi bir fikri olmadıgı saptanmıstır. Türkiye’nin Avrupa Birligi’ne üye olması konusunda bir referandum yapılsa; deneklerin % 48’i evet yönünde, %38’i ise hayır yönünde oy kullanacaklarını belirtmislerdir. Deneklerin %14’ünün ise kararsız oldukları saptanmıstır.

The purpose of this study is to research the socio-economics framework of the Topallı village which belongs to Antalya city center (20 km.) and generally does vegetable manufacture. According to this study, it has been established that 275 houses are doing agricultural production in Antalya city, Topallı village which is composed of 414 houses. And 63 managements survey has been applied. According to the findings; 42 percent of the subjects own a land measure between 1 to 10 thousand square meters, 33 percent of the subjects own a land measure between 11 to 20 thousand square meters, 10 percent of the subjects own a land measure between 21 to 30 thousand square meters and 10 percent of the subjects own a land measure between 31 to 50 thousand square meters. 71 percent of the subjects who were surveyed don’t have another income except agriculture while 29 percent have also another income. Mass majority of the subjects are between the ages of 30 and 49_ their most profitable ages. The level of education of the subjects; 90 percent primary school graduated, 5 percent high school graduated. There is also 5 percent who don’t know reading and writing. Mass majority of the subjects who were surveyed sow wheat, oats, tomato, pepper, okra, water melon and melon to their lands. It has been established that, 71 percent of the subjects who were surveyed see narrow and not asphalted village roads, 48 percent see the lack of high-school, university and their social facilities and 19 percent see the lack of investment to the village as the main problems of the village. 24 percent of the subjects who were surveyed think the membership of Turkey to the European Union effects their lifes positively, 33 percent think it effects their lifes negatively and 5 percent think there will be no change. 38 percent of the subjects have no idea about this matter. 48 percent of the subjects stated that they vote for yes if there will be a referendum about the membership of Turkey to the European Union while 38 percent stated their vote for no. It has been established that 14 percent of the subjects are not sure.
