Dokumasız tekstil ile üretilen spunlace kumaşın bulanık mantık yöntemi ile kalite iyileştirmesi

Abstract

Spunlace kumaş dokumasız tekstil alanında hızla gelişmekte olan bir üründür. Günümüzde sıkça kullanımı artmakta olan bu ürün hatasız ve kaliteli şekilde üretilmesi gerekmektedir. Yapılan literatür araştırmalarından yola çıkarak spunlace kumaşın giderek kullanım alanlarının genişlediği ve tüketiciler açısından önemli bir yeri olduğu gözlemlenmiştir. Bu çalışmada, spunlace kumaş üreten tesis ele alınmıştır. Bu tesiste üretimin hatasız ve kaliteli olarak üretilebilmesi için yapay zeka yöntemi ve bulanık mantık denetleyicisi kullanılmıştır. Ürünlerin kalite standartlarının belirlenmesi amacıyla daha önceden üretilmiş olan ürünlerin referans değerleri kullanılmıştır. Bu referans değerlerini yapay zeka yöntemleri ile birlikte kullanarak sürekli üretilen ve üretilmesi muhtemel olan ürünlerin istenilen kalite standartlarına uygun mukavemet değerleri tahmin edilmiştir. Tahmin edilen bu mukavemet değerlerini (enine kopma (N) ve boyuna kopma (N)) üretimin başından sonuna kadar sabit tutmak için su jetinde kullanılan doğru akım elektrik motorları, bulanık mantık denetleyicisi tarafından motorların devirleri istenilen referans değerlerine göre sabit tutularak istenilen kaliteli üretim elde edilmiştir.

Spunlace fabric is a rapidly developing product in the non-woven textile field. This product, which is frequently used today, needs to be produced in a faultless and high quality manner. Based on the literature research, it has been observed that the usage areas of spunlace fabric are gradually expanding and it has an important place for consumers. In this study, spunlace fabric producing facility is discussed. In this facility, artificial intelligence method and fuzzy logic controller were used in order to produce the production without error and with high quality. In order to determine the quality standards of the products, the reference values of the previously produced products were used. By using these reference values together with artificial intelligence methods, the strength values of the products that are constantly produced and likely to be produced are estimated in accordance with the desired quality standards. In order to keep these predicted strength values (transverse rupture (N) and longitudinal rupture (N)) constant from the beginning to the end of production, the desired quality production was obtained by keeping the revolutions of the motors constant according to the desired reference values by the fuzzy logic controller and the direct current electric motors used in the water jet.
