Kahramanmaraş bölgesi süt sığırı işletmelerinin yapısal özellikleri: I. yetiştirme uygulamaları

Abstract

Bu çalışmada Kahramanmaraş yöresindeki süt sığırcılığı işletmelerinin yetiştiricilik açısından değerlendirilmesi amacıyla il merkezi ve 9 ilçesinde toplam 830 isletmeden anket çalısması ile elde edilen sonuçlar degerlendirilmistir. isletmelerin %52’si 1-5 bas hayvana sahipken, %26’sı 6-10 bas ve %22’si 11 ve daha fazla hayvana sahiptir. Süt sagımı, isletmelerin %90’nında ev hanımı, %10’ununda isçi tarafından yapılmaktadır. isletmelerin %76’sında sagımın makine ile oldugu gözlenmistir. Buzagılarda sütten kesimin isletmelerin %39’unda 2 ay veya daha az, %56’sında 3-4 ay ve %5’inde 4.5 ay veya daha uzun sürede gerçeklestigi görülmüstür. isletmelerin %36’sında güç dogum, %87 sinde ayak ve tırnak problemleri ve %43’ünde döl tutma probleminin olduğu belirlenmiştir.

A survey study was conducted at 830 farms in Kahramanmaraş center and its 9 subprovinces for making a general evaluation of the dairy cattle farms. The percentage of the farms which have 1-5 animals is 52%, while the farms which have 6-10 and 11+ animals are 26% and 22%, respectively. The farm percentages which employ women for milking and laborers are 90% and 10%, respectively. The percentage of farms which use machine for milking is 76%. It was also found that caws weaned at earlier than 2 and plus mounts, 3-4 months and 4.5+ months of age were 39%, 56% and 5%, respectively. The percentage of farms which have dystocia, foot and nails problems and reproductive difficulties were 36%; 87% and 43%, respectively.
