Safranbolu-Yörükköyü tarımsal turizim potansiyelinin kırsal kalkınma açısından değerlendirilmesi

Abstract

Bu çalısmada, Safranbolu-Yörükköyü örnek alanının tarımsal turizm potansiyeli saptanmakta ve kırsal kalkınmayı destekleyici öneriler gelistirilmektedir. Bu doğrultuda, “Coğrafi mekanın her birimi, tarımsal turizm gelisimine uygun mudur?, Tarımsal turizm için hangi yerler seçilmeli, ayrım nasıl yapılmalıdır?” Yerel halkın ve katılımcıların tarımsal turizm faaliyetleri içerisinde yeri ve gücü nedir? Kırsal kalkınmanın bir aracı olarak tarımsal turizm faaliyetleri Safranbolu-Yörükköyü’nde ne sekilde yer almalıdır? sorularına yanıt aranmaktadır. Çalısma kapsamında uzman ve literatür değerlendirmeleri doğrultusunda, alanın doğal ve kültürel özelliklerinin tarımsal turizm kullanımı ile iliskili olma durumuna göre katsayılar verilmistir. Olusturulan bu puanlama sistemi meyve-bağ ve sebze olmak üzere her bir kullanım için coğrafi bilgi sistemi (CBS) ortamında sorgulanarak uygunluk haritaları olusturulmustur. Arastırma sonucunda da tarımsal turizme uygun alanlarda kırsal kalkınmaya yönelik yerel halk ve katılımcı boyutunda öneriler gelistirilmistir.

In this study, rural tourism potential was determined and some recommendations on rural development were improved for the case area of Safranbolu-Yörükköyü. In this manner, were searched answers for some questions; “Is geographical spaces suitable for agricultural tourism development?”, “Which places are chose for agricultural tourism, How is the classification?” “What are the roles and forces of local people and participants in agricultural tourism activities?”, “How are agricultural tourism activities as a tool of rural development in Safranbolu-Yörükköyü?”. Some coefficients were given according to be relations or no relations between natural and cultural features and use of agricultural tourism after evaluation of specialists and literatures. Suitability maps were formed with Geographical Information System for fruits-grape field and vegetable according to specialist’s scores. Some proposals towards rural development were improved in scale of the local people and participants in suitable area for agricultural tourism.
