Emulator circuit of Ti02 memristor with linear dopant drift made using analog multiplier
Özet
Memristors or charge-controlled memristive systems , are not available for experimental studies in market. In literature, emulators which mimicks memristor behaviour for studying and teaching of memristor do exist. In this work, for the first time in literature, a Ti02 memristor emulator is made by an electronic circuit with an analog multiplier. Using hysteresis and saturation phenomena, it is shown that this emulator can mimick Ti02 memristor with linear dopant drift speed well.

Small signal model of memcapacitor-inductor oscillation circuit
Yener, Şuayb Çağrı; Mutlu, Reşat (Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers Inc., 2017)To extend the concept of the memristive systems to capacitive systems, memcapacitive systems have been described in 2009. Memcapacitors which are a subset of memcapacitive systems are flux-dependent nonlinear circuit ... -
Capacitance behaviors of EDOT and pyrrole copolymer, and equivalent circuit model
Ateş, Murat; Ekmen, İlker (Taylor and Francis Ltd., 2018)In this paper, a copolymer of 3,4-Ethylenedioxythiophene (EDOT) and pyrrole (Py) were electrochemically synthesised on glassy carbon electrode by cyclic voltammetry (CV). The modified electrodes were characterised by CV, ... -
