Sıvı gübre tertibatlı anıza tahıl ekimi yapan doğrudan ekim makinesinin uygulama olanaklarının irdelenmesi üzerine bir araştırma

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, Trakya Bölgesinde ayçiçeği hasadından sonra tahıl ekiminde toprağı işlemeden doğrudan ekim yapabilen ve aynı zamanda mevcut ekim makinelerinde kullanılan granül gübre yerine sıvı gübre atma tertibatı yerleştirilerek hem doğrudan ekim yapabilme hem de ekim ile birlikte sıvı gübre uygulayabilme özeliğini olan bir doğrudan ekim makinesinin uygulama olanakları araştırılmıştır. Altayoğlu Tarım Makinaları Gıda Tarım Hayvancılık Tic. Ve San. Ltd. Şirketi tarafından sıvı gübre tertibatlı ayçiçeği anızına doğrudan hububat ekim makinesi araştırmanın ana materyalini oluşturmaktadır. Doğrudan ekim makinasının tarla çalışmaları, 2019-2020 üretim sezonunda Tekirdağ İli, Hayrabolu İlçesi, İlyas Mahallesinde bulunan Altayoğlu Tarım Makinaları Gıda Tarım Hayvancılık Tic. Ve San. Ltd. Şirketine ait olan üretim alanlarında yürütülmüştür. Ekim makinesinin performansının ekilen bitkinin vejatatif ve genaratif özelliklerinden bitki yaş kök ağırlığı, bitki boyu, başak uzunluğu, ana başakta tane ağırlığı, bin tane ağırlığı ve verim değerleri saptanmıştır. Araştırmada elde dilen sonuçlar; farklı tip üretilen sıvı gübrelerin bitkinin yaş kök ağırlığına olan etkisi istatiski larak önemli bulunmuştur. En yüksek yaş kök ağırlığı 7,30 g ile B gübresi ve en düşük 4,53 g ile geleneksel yöntemde saptanmıştır. Uygulanan sıvı gübrelerin bitki boyu üzerine etkisi olmamıştır. Sıvı gübrelerin başak uzunluğu açısından fark istatiski olarak önemli olduğu görülmüştür. Elde edilen sonuçlar doğrultusunda en fazla başak uzunluğu 98,83 mm ile B sıvı gübresi uygulamasında ve en az ise 82,23 mm ile geleneksel yöntemde elde edilmiştir. Ana başaktaki tane ağırlığı en fazla 1,90 g ile B sıvı gübresinde, geleneksel yöntem ise 1,44 gram olarak bulunmuştur. En yüksek bin tane ağırlığı 41,99 g ile B sıvı uygulamasında, en düşük ise 41,39 g ile C sıvı gübre uygulamasında elde edilmiştir. Sıvı gübre uygulamalarının verim üzerine olan etkisi istatstiki olarak önemsiz çıkmıştır. Aynı dozajlarda uygulanan sıvı gübreler içerisinde en yüksek verim B gübresinde 646,91 kg/da ve en düşük verim ise geleneksel yöntemde 593,07 kg/da olarak saptanmıştır. Tahılların ekimi sırasında tohum yatağına verilen sıvı gübrelerin bitkinin bazı vejatatif ve generatif özellikler üzerinde olumlu bir etkisi olmuştur. Bitkisel üretimde önemli olan verim parametresi üzerine sıvı gübrelerin etkisinin önemli olmadığı elde edilmiştir.

In this study, it is aimed to investigate the application possibilities of a direct sowing machine, which can sow directly without cultivating the soil after the sunflower harvest in the Thrace Region, by applying liquid fertilizer, instead of the granular fertilizer used in the current sowing machines, and applying liquid fertilizer with sowing. The main material of the research is the grain sowing machine for sunflower stubble with liquid fertilizer system produced by Altayoğlu Agricultural Machinery Food Agriculture and Farmer ind. trade. co. ltd. The field work of the directly sowing machine was carried out in the production areas of the company located in neighborhood of Ilyas, Hayrabolu District of Tekirdağ Province, in the 2019-2020 production season. The performance of the direct drill machine was determined from the vegetative and genarative characteristics of the sowed plant, plant wet root weight, plant height, spike length, number of grains per main spike, thousand kernel weight and grain yield. In the results obtained in the research, the effect of liquid fertilizers produced in different types on the wet root weight of the plant was found statistically significant. The highest wet root weight was found in fertilizer B with 7.30 g and the lowest in 4.53 g in the conventional method. The applied liquid fertilizers had no effect on the plant height. The difference was found to be statistically significant in terms of the effect of liquid fertilizers on spike length. Maximum spike length was obtained with 98.83 mm B liquid fertilizer application and at least 82.23 mm with traditional method. The number of grains per main spike was found to be at most 1,90 g in B fertilizer B and at least 1,44 grams in the conventional method. The highest thousand kernel weight was obtained in B liquid application with 41.99 g and the lowest was obtained in C liquid fertilizer application with 41.39 g. The effect of liquid fertilizer applications on yield was statistically insignificant. Among the liquid fertilizers applied in the same dosages, the highest grain yield was 646.91 kg / da in B fertilizer and the lowest grain yield was 593.07 kg / da in the traditional method. Liquid fertilizers applied to the seed bed during the planting of the grain had a positive effect on some vegetative and generative properties of the plant. It was obtained that the effect of yield parameter, which is important in plant production, on liquid fertilizers is not significant.
