KOSGEB girişimcilik destekleri yararlanıcılarının analizi ve kullanılan desteklerin dağılımı: Tekirdağ ili örneği

Abstract

Son yıllarda ülkemizde girişimcilik kavramına oldukça önem verilmektedir. Girişimcilik, ekonomik yapıya olumlu katkıları sebebiyle kamu tarafından teşvik edilmekte ve desteklenmektedir. Bu doğrultuda girişimciler tarafından kurulan işletmelerin kırılgan dönemlerini rahat atlatabilmesi, kurulan işletmelerin hayatta kalma oranının arttırılması, sürdürülebilir ve istikrara sahip birer girişim olarak hayatlarını sürdürebilmesi için KOSGEB tarafından girişimcilik destekleri verilmektedir. Bu çalışmada KOSGEB tarafından uygulanan girişimcilik desteklerinin durum analizinin yapılarak, yürütülen destek çalışmalarının hükümet programları ve ulusal hedefler ile uyumunun en üst düzeye çıkarılabilmesi için öneriler ortaya koyulmuştur. Çalışma üç bölümden oluşmaktadır. İlk bölümde literatür taraması yapılarak girişimcilik kavramı ele alınmıştır. İkinci bölümde KOSGEB'in destekleri hakkında bilgiler verilmiştir. Üçüncü bölümde Tekirdağ ilinin ekonomik analizi yapılmış. Son bölümde ise Tekirdağ ilinde KOSGEB girişimcilik destekleri ile faaliyete geçmiş işletmeler incelenmiş, anket çalışmasının sonuçları paylaşılmış, bulgular ortaya koyulmuştur. Sonuç bölümünde ise çalışma bulgularından yola çıkılarak öneriler sunulmuştur.

The entrepreneurship concept has been given importance remarkably in our country recently. Entrepreneurship has been subsidized and supported by the government due to its positive contribution to the economy. . In this direction, entrepreneurship supports are given by KOSGEB in order for businesses established by entrepreneurs to easily overcome their fragile periods, to be boosted of the survival ratio of founded businesses, to be able to sustain their life as sustainable and stable initiative. In this study, being made situation analysis of the entrepreneurship supports implemented by KOSGEB, suggestions were introduced to be able to be delivered to the highest level the coherence of the executed support works with government programs and national targets. The study consists of three parts. In the first part, entrepreneurship concept was addressed by reviewing the literature. . In the second part, the information about supports of KOSGEB was given. In the third part, economical analysis of Tekirdağ province was made. In the last part, enterprises were examined founded with KOSGEB entrepreneurship supports in Tekirdağ province, outcomes of the survey work were shared, findings were presented. . In the conclusion section suggestions were introduced by using study findings.
