Edirne siyasi tarihinde Demokrat Parti dönemi (1950-1960)

Abstract

Türkiye siyasi tarihinde, 1950-1960 yılları arası Demokrat Parti Dönemi olarak adlandırılmaktadır. Demokrat Parti'nin uyguladığı iç politikalar ve dış politikalar, elbette ki Türkiye genelinde olduğu gibi yerel yönetimlerde de etkilerini belirgin bir şekilde göstermiştir. Bu etkilerin neler olduğu ve ne şekilde yansıdığını değerlendirebilmek amacıyla Edirne Siyasi Tarihinde Demokrat Parti Dönemi incelenmiştir. Tezin birinci bölümü olan giriş kısmında çalışmanın yöntemi, amacı ve önemi belirtilmiştir. Çalışmanın ana hattını oluşturan sorulara yer verilmiştir. İkinci bölümde, Demokrat Parti'nin iktidara gelişi, 1950 ve 1960 yılları arasında uyguladığı genel iç ve dış politikalara değinilmiştir. O dönemki Türkiye'nin iç politika uygulamaları ekonomi, siyasi, eğitim, sağlık alanlarındaki gelişmeler başlıkları altında incelenmiştir. Demokrat Parti'nin genel dış politikasını değerlendirebilmek amacıyla, dönemin Türkiye'sinin diğer uluslarla ilişkileri, yapılan ittifaklar, imzalanan paktlar, konferanslar ve meseleler başlıkları altında incelenmiş olup, 1950-1960 Demokrat Parti Dönemi'nin Türkiye siyasi tarihindeki genel etkileri ortaya konulmuştur. Bunlara bağlı kalarak çalışmanın üçüncü bölümünde ise, 1950-1960 yılları arası, Edirne öznelinden Demokrat Parti Dönemi şeklinde değerlendirilmiştir. Demokrat Parti döneminde uygulanan genel politikaların, yerel yönetime etkileri Edirne ili ele alınarak incelenmiştir. Bu dönemdeki Edirne siyasi tarihi, dönemin Demokrat Parti Edirne milletvekilleri, Edirne'de genel seçimlerin o dönemdeki oy oranları, yerel seçimler, ekonomi, tarım ve hayvancılık, sanayi, petrol arayışları, alt yapı çalışmaları, eğitim ve sağlık alanında yapılan yerel uygulamaların neler olduğu ve 1960 darbesinin Edirne'ye yansımaları başlıkları altında incelenerek ortaya konulmuştur. Çalışmanın dördüncü bölümü tezin sonuç kısmı olup, Edirne siyasi tarihinde Demokrat Parti Dönemi ile ilgili bulgular ve değerlendirmeler ortaya konulmuştur. Konuyla ilişkin gerekli incelemelerde kitap, makale, gazete, örnek tez çalışmaları, tablolar, resimler ve elektronik kaynaklardan yararlanılmıştır.

In Turkish political history, it is called the Democratic Party Period between 1950 and 1960. The domestic and foreign policies implemented by the Democratic Party have, of course, shown their impact prominently in local governments as well as throughout Turkey. In order to evaluate what these effects are and how they are reflected, the Period of the Democratic Party in the Political History of Edirne has been examined. The first part of the study is the introduction part of the thesis, the purpose, importance, method of the subject, what are the deficiencies in this subject in the literature and the questions that form the outline of the study are included. The second part discusses the general domestic and foreign policies implemented by the Democratic Party between 1950 and 1960. Turkey's domestic policy practices at the time were examined under the headings of developments in the fields of economy, politics, education and health. In order to evaluate the general foreign policy of the Democratic Party, turkey's relations with other nations, alliances, pact signed, conferences and issues were examined and the general effects of the 1950-1960 Democratic Party Period on The Political History of Turkey were revealed. In the third part of the study, the Democratic Party was evaluated from Edirne subject between 1950 and 1960. The effects of the general policies implemented during the Democratic Party period on local government were examined by considering the city of Edirne. The political history of Edirne during this period; local elections, then-Democratic Party Edirne deputies, general elections in Edirne at that time, local economy, agriculture and livestock, industry, oil searches, infrastructure studies, education and health local practices and reflections of the 1960 coup on Edirne were examined. The fourth part of the study is the conclusion of the thesis, and findings and evaluations related to the Democratic Party Period have been presented in the political history of Edirne. In the necessary reviews on the subject; books, articles, newspapers, sample thesis studies, paintings, paintings and electronic sources were used.
