Kent parklarının görsel peyzaj kalitesi yönünden değerlendirilmesi: Topkapı şehir parkı örneği

Abstract

Bu yüksek lisans tez çalışmasında; Topkapı Şehir Parkı'nda, görsel yönden çekicilik gösteren alanların tanımlanması hedeflenmiştir. Tez çalışmasının ana materyalini; İstanbul İli Zeytinburnu İlçesi sınırları içerisinde yer alan Topkapı Şehir Parkına ait 43 adet fotoğraf ve bu fotoğraflar ile yapılan foto- anket oluşturmuştur. Anket çalışması gözlemci ve uzman olmak üzere iki gruba uygulanmıştır. Kullanıcı grubunu Namık Kemal Üniversitesi Güzel Sanatlar, Tasarım ve Mimarlık Fakültesi Peyzaj Mimarlığı Bölümü öğrencileri, uzman grubunu ise aynı bölümün öğretim elemanları ile İstanbul Büyükşehir Belediyesi Park ve Bahçeler Müdürlüğü bünyesinde çalışan Peyzaj Mimarları oluşturmuştur. Kullanıcı grubu ile uzman grubu arasında kullanımlara bağlı olarak mekân tercihinde farklılık olup olmadığını tespit etmek için her iki gruba da aynı anket çalışması uygulanmıştır. Anket çalışmasında her bir fotoğraf doğallık, uyum, bakım, sadelik, heyecan vericilik, düzen, güven ve manzara güzelliği parametreleri bakımından Likert ölçeğinde 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 (5 en yüksek, 4 yüksek, 3 orta, 2 düşük ve 1 en düşük) puan aralığında değerlendirilmiştir. Sonuçta; değerlendirmeler, istatistik analizle ortaya konulmuş ve en çok ve en az tercih edilen görüntülere ilişkin olarak mekânsal karakteristikler tespit edilmiştir. Yöntem kapsamında yapılan değerlendirilmeler sonucu doğallık, uyum, bakım, sadelik, heyecan vericilik, düzen, güven ve manzara güzelliğinin mekân tercihleri üzerine doğrudan etkili olduğu bulunmuştur. Mekânsal karakteristiklerin bir araya getirilmesiyle, mekân tipolojilerinin ortaya konulabilmesi mümkün olduğu sonucuna varılmıştır.

In this master thesis; In this master thesis; In Topkapı Urban Park, it is aimed to identify the areas that are visually appealing. The main material of the thesis study is; 43 photographs of the Topkapı Urban Park located within the boundaries of Zeytinburnu District of Istanbul Province and the photo-questionnaire with these photographs were formed. The questionnaire was applied to two groups as observer and expert. The observer group is composed of the students of the Department of Landscape Architecture of the Faculty of Fine Arts, Design and Architecture of Namık Kemal University, while the expert group consists of the faculty members and lecturers and the Landscape Architects working within the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality Directorate of Parks and Gardens. The same questionnaire was applied to both groups in order to determine whether there was a difference in the choice of space between the user group and the expert group. In the survey study, each photograph has 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 (5 highest, 4 high, 3 medium, 2 low and 1 lowest). in Likert scale in terms of parameters of naturalness, harmony, care, simplicity, excitement, order, confidence and landscape beauty. Based on the results of the analysis of the method used in the study, data that support the results of the studies which are statistically significant and have been made in the previous international literature have been obtained. As a result of the evaluation of research findings, naturalness, harmony, care, simplicity, excitement, order, trust and landscape beauty have been found to have a direct effect on location preferences.
