Tohum temizleme ve sınıflandırma makinalarında enerji tüketimlerinin maliyet üzerine etkisi

Abstract

21. Yüzyılın gelişmiş ülkelerindeki teknolojik ilerlemeler beraberinde tarımsal üretimdeki gelişmeleri de getirmiştir. Gelişme gösteren tarımsal üretimde verimliliği artırmak etkin enerji kullanımını gerektirmektedir. Tüm bu aşamalarda en önemli ölçüt enerji verimliliği olarak karşımıza çıkmaktadır. Tarımsal elektrifikasyon odaklı bu araştırmada Tohum Temizleme ve Sınıflandırma Makinalarındaki enerji tüketiminin maliyet üzerindeki etkileri, Spesifik Enerji Tüketimi (SET) değerleri açısından incelenmiş ve bir yaklaşım getirilmeye çalışılmıştır. İşletme A ve İşletme B işletmelerinde SET değerleri ve elektrik enerjisi tüketimleri incelenmiştir. Bulunan sonuçlardan işletmelerdeki Tohum Temizleme ve Sınıflandırma Makineleri’ndeki elektrik enerjisi tüketimlerininin ürün maliyetindeki etkisi araştırılmıştır. Sonuçta SET değeri düştükçe enerji verimliliğinin de arttığı görülmüştür. SET değerlerinin düşmesinde de işletmelerdeki üretim çeşitliliğinin az olması, enerji yönetiminin kısmen de olsa oluşturulması ve değişik periyotlarda sistem revizyonlarının yapılmasının etkili olduğu görülmüştür.

The technological progresses of century developed countries that have brought the improvements of agricultural production. So, it needs active energy consuming in order to raise yield. The most important criterion in all steps is energy productivity. The research focusing on Agricultural Electrification that is the effects of the energy consumption of the Grain Cleaning, Sorting and Grading Machines on the cost is investigated from the aspects of the Specific Energy Consumption (SEC) values and tried to find a new view. It is hoped that this research is going to be beneficial for the other researches. It is investigated that the consumptions of the electricity and SEC values in the Syngenta and Limagrin enterprices. Besides, it is researched that the effects of the energy consumption on the production cost of the Grain Cleaning, Sorting and Grading Machines in the enterprices mentioned above. As a conclusion, it is stated that if the value of SEC decreases, the productivity of the energy increases. Major points of decreasing of the SEC values are; the shortage of the production types, basic energy management and the system revisions doing in different periods.
