Hastane bilişim sisteminin uygulanmasına yönelik bir değerlendirme: Sağlık Araştırma ve Uygulama Hastanesi örneği

Abstract

Hastane Bilişim Sistemleri sağlık sektöründe oluşan sorunların çözümlenmesi için kullanılan gelişmiş sistemlerdir. Teknolojinin gelişmesi ile beraber sorunları azaltmak için yapılabilecek en etkili çözümlerden biri elektronik ortamda düzenli kayıt tutan ve bu kayıtlar sayesinde analizler sağlayan belirli bir sistemin oluşturulmasıdır. Bu sayede hem hastaların hem de sağlık çalışanlarının sorunlarının birçoğuna çözüm sağlanacaktır. Bu çalışma Hastane Bilişim Sistemlerinin değerlendirilip, mevcut hastane bilişim sistemlerinin durumu, eksiklikleri ve geliştirilebilmeleri için verilebilecek öneriler göz önüne alınarak örnek bir çalışma alanı seçilerek yapılmıştır. Çalışma, Eskişehir Osmangazi Üniversitesi Sağlık Uygulama ve Araştırma Hastanesinde kullanılan hastane bilişim sistemi ile ilgili olarak, kurumda çalışan sağlık profesyonelleri ile yüz yüze anket yöntemi ile yapılmıştır. Çalışma hastane bilişim sistemlerinin kullanılabilirliği ile ilgili olduğu için öncelikle bilgi, yönetim, sağlık, hastane gibi kavramlara bahsedilmiştir. Daha sonra teknik bilgiler içeren hastane bilişim sistemleri açıklanmıştır. Hastane bilişim sistemleri tanımlandıktan sonra, çalışmanın yapıldığı hastane bilişim sistemi hakkında bilgiler verilmiştir. Son kısımda ise hastane bilgi sistemlerinin kullanılabilirliği ile ilgili yapılan anket verileri değerlendirilmiş, sonuç ve öneriler bölümünde hastane bilişim sistemlerinin güncel durumu, kullanılabilirliği ve geliştirilebilmesi için öneriler sunulmuştur.

Hospital Information Systems are advanced systems used to solve the problems in the health sector. One of the most effective solutions to mitigate problems with the development of technology is to have a specific system that keeps regular records in electronic form and provides analysis through these records. In this way, solutions will be provided for most of the problems of patients and healthcare workers. This study was carried out by evaluating hospital information systems and choosing a sample workspace considering the suggestions that can be given for the situation, deficiencies and developments of existing hospital information systems. The study was carried out by face to face surveys with health professionals working at the institution regarding the hospital information system used in Eskisehir Osmangazi University Health Practice and Research Hospital. Since the study is related to the availability of hospital information systems, concepts such as information, management, health, and hospital are mentioned first. Then hospital information systems with technical information are explained. After describing the hospital information systems, information was provided about the hospital information system in which the work was done. In the last part, the questionnaires about the usability of hospital information systems were evaluated and the present status, usability and suggestions for improvement of hospital information systems were presented in the conclusions and suggestions section.
