| dc.description.abstract | Bu araştırma iş sağlığı ve güvenliği ve performans yönetimi hakkında bilgi vermek ve iş sağlığı güvenliğinin performans yönetimine etkisini ifade etmek amacıyla hazırlanmıştır. Araştırmanın tamamlanması aşamasında yöntem olarak literatür taraması yönteminden yararlanılmıştır. Literatürde iş sağlığı ve güvenliği ve performans yönetimi kavramlarıyla ilgili yayınlar incelenerek çalışmaya aktarılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda iş sağlığı ve güvenliği uygulamalarının performansı olumlu yönde etkilediği tespit edilmiştir. | en_US |
