Nekrotizan Fasiitli Bir Olgunun Yaşam Modeli Doğrultusunda Tanılanması

Abstract

Nadir görülen bir yumuşak doku enfeksiyonu olan nekrotizan fasiit, hızlı yayılması, acil ve erken müdahalesinin hayat kurtarıcı olması açısından önem taşımaktadır. Ülkemizde halen yeterince bilinmeyen bir enfeksiyon olan nekrotizan fasiitin tanı ve tedavisi multidisipliner bir yaklaşım gerektirmektedir. Bu nedenle tüm ekip üyeleriyle birlikte hemşirelere de önemli görevler düşmektedir. Hemşirelikte bilimsel bilginin oluşturulması, bakımın kaliteli ve sistemli bir biçimde verilmesinde model ve kuramların kullanımı önemlidir. Sağlık bakım sisteminin tüm alanlarında kolayca uygulanabilen yaşam modeli, holistik ve hümanistik yaklaşımla bireye bakım vermeyi amaçlamaktadır. Bu nedenle çalışmada, 72 yaşında nekrotizan fasiitli bir erkek hastanın yaşam modeli doğrultusunda tanılanması amaçlanmış ve hemşirelere rehber olacağı düşünülmüştür.

Necrotizing fasciitis which is a rare soft tissue infections, rapid spread, emergency and early intervention are important in terms of being a life saver. Diagnosis and treatment of the Necrotizing fasciitis which is still enough of an unknown infection in our country, requires a multidisciplinary approach. Therefore, the nurses have important missions with all team members. The use of models and theories in nursing is important that the creation of scientific knowledge and in providing quality and systematic manner nursing care. Model of living can be applied in all areas of the health system that it aims to provide care for the individual with holistic and humanistic approach. Therefore, in this study, a 72 year old male patient with necrotizing fasciitis the living model according to is aimed to diagnose and it is thought to be a guide for nurses.
