Marmara Bölgesi'ndeki Anadolu Adaçayı (Salvia fruticosa Mill.) Populasyonlarının Uçucu Yağ Bileşenleri, Toplam Antioksidan Aktivite, Toplam Fenolik ve Flavonoid Madde Miktarlarının Belirlenmesi

Abstract

Bu çalışma Marmara Bölgesinde yayılış gösteren Anadolu adaçayı (Salvia fruticosa Mill.) populasyonlarınınuçucu yağ oranı ve bileşenleri, toplam antioksidan aktivite, toplam fenolik ve flavonoid madde miktarlarının belirlenmesi amacıile yürütülmüştür. Çalışmada Tekirdağ ve Balıkesir illerinden toplanan 20 adet populasyona ait çiçekli bitki örneklerikullanılmıştır. Yapılan çalışma sonucunda toplanan örneklerde uçucu yağ oranının %2-%3 arasında olduğu, uçucu yağın anabileşenleri olan 1,8-cineole oranının %20,7-46,9, camphor oranının %2,8-17,5, ?-pinene oranının %5,3-11,3 arasında değiştiğibelirlenmiştir. Örneklere göre toplam antioksidan aktivite (?mol Trolox Eşd./100g KM) 820,00-876,79 arasında, toplam fenolikmadde (mg GAE /g KM) 8,47-13,45 arasında ve flavonoid miktarı (mg KE /g KM) 5,52-7,93 arasında bulunmuştur.

This study was carried out to determine the essential oil yield and composition, total antioxidant activity, total phenolic and flavonoid contents of the Anatolian sage (Salvia fruticosa Mill.) populations distributed in the Marmara Region, Flowering plant samples of 20 populations collected from Tekirdağ and Balikesir provinces were used in the study. As a result of the study, it was found that the essential oil content was between 2%-3%, the main constituents of essential oil were changed between 20,7-46,9% of 1,8-cineole, 2,8-17,5% of camphor and 5,3-11,3% of ?-pinene. The total antioxidant activity according to the samples ranged from 820,00-876,79 (?mol Trolox Equivalent/100 g DM), the total phenolic between 8,47-13,45 (mg GAE/g DM) and the flavonoid content was found between 5,52-7,93 (mg KE/g DM ).
