Especially, sustainable development encourages more female empowerment in the world. When considering the economic support of female entrepreneurs and employees for GDP in a specific country, the number of each female entrepreneur will be so valuable. On the other side, the sustainability of enterprises should also be considered. The Covid-19 pandemic affected many employees and entrepreneurs negatively, and the global economy has fallen into a big crisis. Rates of economic growth and employment all declined due to the Covid-19 crises globally. This study aims to explore female entrepreneurs and employees among Turkish economy by investigating recorded statistics for Covid-19 period and post-Covid-19 period in Turkiye.
