Anterior servikal disk protezlerinin endikasonları anterior servikal dekompresyonla aynıır: bir veya iki seviyede anterior bası sonucu elişen radikülopati ve myopati. Amaç, interertebral disk ve foraminal yüksekliğin restore dilmesi ve nöral basının tekrar oluşumuna ngel olmaktır. Bu çalışmadaki amacımız serikal disk protezinin son yıllarda kabul gören ndikasyonlarını gözden geçirmektir.Cervical disc arthroplasty is a relatively new technology in retaining the level of motion at the treated level in vertebra surgery. The indications for anterior cervical disc prosthesis are the same as for anterior cervical decompression: radiculopathy or myelopathy caused by either one or two levels of anterior cervical compression. The goals are to restore the intervertebral disc height and neuroforaminal height to prevent recurrence of neurologic compression.
