Sonuçları daha genel yapıda değerlendirmek amacıyla teori, N boyutlu statik, silindirik simetrik uzay-zamana uygulanarak elektromagnetik alan stres-enerji tensörünün dört boyut ve yüksek boyutlu geometrilerde davranış farklılığı incelenmiştir. 4 boyutlu statik silindirik simetrik uzay-zaman için azimut açısı yönünde manyetik alan çözümleri ve sonrasında radyal yönde elektrik alan için çözümler incelenmiştir. N boyutlu statik silindirik simetrik uzay-zaman için sadece azimut açısı yönünde manyetik alan çözümleri elde edilmiştir. Bu çözümlerin genel görelilik limitleri de incelenmiş dört ve daha yüksek boyutlu çözümlerin genel görelilik limitlerinin farklı olduğu farkedilmiştir.In this thesis, we first obtain some Einstein-Maxwell-Brans-Dicke solutions in 4- dimensional static, cylindrical symmetric space time. Using the same theory, we get some solutions for N dimensional static, cylindrical symmetric systems and we examine the difference between the behaviour of electromagnetic field stress-energy tensor between the four and higher dimensional geometries. For 4 dimensional static cylindrical symmetrical space-time, we investigate the solutions with magnetic field in the azimuthal direction and also the solutions with and electrical field in the radial direction. For N dimensional static cylindrical symmetric space-time, we only study on magnetic field solutions in the direction of azimuth angle.
