Firstly, international reports, meetings, books, seminars, scientific articles, symposiums, congresses and information published on the Internet are evaluated for literature review about the definition, scope and application of green infrastructure. In this study, the decision-management-planning stages were determined by identifying the opportunities and threats, taking into account the weaknesses and strengths of the green infrastructure determined according to the results of the swot analysis. Green infrastructure applications were created as a result of management and planning based on the results of SWOT analysis.
