For this purpose, an energy audit has been conducted and identified energy conservation opportunities as PEPs cost analysis of the findings are performed. The main originality of the study is that the energy audit is conducted for the first time in Turkey, raw milk production sector. The study is conducted in a modern raw milk production enterprise in the province of Tekirda.g. As a result of the study, it has been determined that the compressed air line systems in operation are appropriately sized, the insulation of hot water lines is deformed. Energy efficient luminaires are not used in the lighting system. As a result of the study, it is revealed that there is an energy saving potential of 16kWwith the implementation of the PEPs, like the use of energy efficient motors, energy efficient lighting systems, more efficient chiller, more efficient pre-cooling exchanger and external environment for compressor suction. Seven of the eight proposed projects have a payback period of less than approximately five years.en10.1007/978-3-030-90421-0_9info:eu-repo/semantics/closedAccessEnergy EfficiencyEnergy ManagementMilk CoolingEnergy AuditWaterIntegration of Projects Enhancing Productivity Based on Energy Audit Data in Raw Milk Production Sector - a Case Study in TurkeyConference Object107120N/AWOS:0007977969000112-s2.0-85119860798Q4
