Ninety-three corn samples were found to contain F. verticillioides, 52 samples fumonisin B-1, and 25 samples fumonisin B-2. Fumonisin B-1 contamination ranged from 0.05 to 25.72 mg/kg and B-2 from 0.05 to 5.7 mg/kg, respectively.
