Akhiev. According to this method, Green's functional concepts for some simple forms of such equations have been introduced in the several studies. In this study, we extend Green's functional concept to a higher order ordinary integro-differential equation involving generally nonlocal conditions. A novel kind of adjoint problem and Green's functional are constructed for completely nonhomogeneous problem.
