Özpınar, AliPolat, BurakŞahin, Ali KürşatÖzpınar, Sakine2017-07-272017-07-272017https://hdl.handle.net/20.500.11776/2135Bu çalışma, Çanakkale ili domates ekim alanlarında canavarotunun (Orobanche ramosa) bulaşma oranı ve doğal düşmanı Phytomyza orobanchia Kaltenbach (Dipt.; Agromyzidae)’nın popülasyon yoğunluğunu belirlemek için 2013- 2014 yıllarında yürütülmüştür. Çanakkale ili domates ekim alanlarının % 58’nin canavarotu ile bulaşık olduğu belirlenmiş ve bu alanlarda %1-13.6 arasında değişen oranlarda P. orobanciha tespit edilmiştir. Farklı tarihlerde ekilen farklı domates çeşitlerini içeren 10 domates parselinde haftalık sayımlarla canavarotunun bitki yoğunluğu ile P. orabanchia arasındaki ilişki incelenmiştir. Canavarotu bitki çıkışları 4 Temmuz tarihinden itibaren görülmüş, kültüre alınan sürgünlerde 15 Ağustos tarihinden itibaren de P. orobanchia erginlerinin çıktığı tespit edilmiştir. Ergin çıkışı eylül ayı boyunca hasat sonuna kadar devam etmiştir. En yüksek P. orobanchia ergin sayısı 25 Mayıs’ta dikilen Rio Grande çeşidinde (%34) elde edilmiştir.This study was conducted to determine the infestation rate of broomrape (Orobanche ramose) and population density of its natural enemy Phytomyza orobanchia (Diptera: Agromyzidae) in tomato production areas of Çanakkale province, in 2013-2014 years. It is determined that 58% of tomato production areas of Çanakkale is infested with broomrape and P. orobanchia was acquired from 1-13,6% of this areas. The relationship between broomrape plant density and P. orobanchia was investigated in 10 different tomato parcels with different tomato cultivars. It is determined that, broomrape plants were observed after July 4th and P. orobanchia were acquired from plant samples after August 15th. Adult emergence has continued throughout September, until the end of harvest season.
