Bu tanılar hastalıklar, üreme, solunum, sindirim, genel durum, ölüm ve isteğe bağlıdır. Duncan çoklu karşılaştırma modeli ile belirtilen hastalıklar değerlendirilmiştir. Ayıklamanın gerçekleşebileceği farklı laktasyonasamaları birlikte dikkate alınmıştır. Parite, buzağılama, mevsim etkeni ve sürü her modelde değişkenler olarak değerlendirilmiştir. Parite ayıklama üzerinde önemli bir etkiye sahiptir. Hastalıkların etkileri hastalığın meydana gelişi ve ayıklamanın meydana gelmesine göre çeşitlendirilmiştir. Different lactation stages where weeding can occur are taken into account together. Parity, calving, seasonal factors and herds were evaluated as variables in each model.
