Özet
Gerçekleştirilen bu çalışmada amfoterik yüzey aktif maddelerin şampuan üzerindeki viskozite ve köpürme etkinliği incelenmiştir. Çalışmada en sık kullanılan üç farklı amfoterik yüzey aktif madde seçilmiştir. Bunlar; Kokamidopropil Betain (Dehyton KE), Disodyum Koko Amfo Diasetat (Dehyton DC) ve Kapril/Kapri amidopropil Betain (Lirobet 810) şeklindedir. Hazırlanan şampuan bazı üzerine farklı oranlarda ilave edilen amfoterik yüzey aktif maddeler ve NaCl ile viskozite ölçümleri yapılmıştır. Bu değerler kendi aralarında ve kendi içlerinde karşılaştırılmıştır. Bu karşılaştırma sonucunda Kokamidopropil Betain amfoterik yüzey aktif maddesinin diğer çalışılan iki amfoterik yüzey aktif maddeye göre daha az oranda NaCl kullanılarak kıvam aldığı gözlemlenmiştir. Kendi içindeki en iyi değer ise şampuan bazı üzerine %7 (w/v) oranda Kokamidopropil Betain amfoterik yüzey aktif madde eklenen halidir. Çalışılan şampuan bazı üzerine eklenen farklı oranlardaki amfoterik yüzey aktif maddelerin köpük seviyeleri incelenmiştir. En iyi köpürme özelliği gösteren amfoterik yüzey aktif maddenin Kokamidopropil Betain 'in olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Kendi içindeki en iyi değer ise şampuan bazı üzerine eklenen Kokamidopropil Betain amfoterik yüzey aktif maddesinin %10 (w/v) oranda kullanılan halidir. Yapılan çalışmalar sonucunda hem az miktarda NaCl ilavesi ile kıvam alan hem de en iyi köpüren Kokamidopropil Betain amfoterik yüzey aktif maddesinin olduğu belirlenmiştir.
In this study, the viscosity and foaming efficiency of amphoteric surfactants on shampoo were investigated. In the study, three most commonly used amphoteric surfactants were selected. These; Cocamidopropyl Betaine (Dehyton KE), Disodium Coco Ampho Diacetate (Dehyton DC) and Capryl/Capramidopropyl Betaine (Lirobet 810). Viscosity measurements were made with amphoteric surfactants and salt added at different rates on the prepared shampoo base. These values were compared among and among themselves. As a result of this comparison, it was observed that Cocamidopropyl Betaine amphoteric surfactant gained consistency by using less salt than the other two amphoteric surfactants studied. The best value in itself is the 7% (w/v) Cocamidopropyl Betaine amphoteric surfactant added to the shampoo base. The foam levels of amphoteric surfactants at different ratios added to the shampoo base studied were investigated. It has been determined that the amphoteric surfactant with the best foaming properties is Cocamidopropyl Betaine. The best value in itself is the 10% (w/v) use of Cocamidopropyl Betaine amphoteric surfactant added to the shampoo base. As a result of the studies, it was determined that Cocamidopropyl Betaine is an amphoteric surfactant that both thickens with the addition of a small amount of salt and foams the best.
