Özet

The study was conducted out to determine the effects of vermicompost on nutrient contents of Trakya Ilkeren/5BB grafting combination grapevine saplings. Vermicomposting is a process that relies on earthworms and microorganisms to help stabilize active organic materials and convert them to a valuable soil amendment and source of plant nutrients. The experiment was carried out in field conditions according to randomized plots experiment design in 10 liter potted grapevine plants. 0% (control), 10%, 20%, 30% and 40% ratios of vermicompost were applied to the equal amounts of soil, peat and perlite mixture. According to the analysis results of the leaves, effects of treatments on the nutrient contents were significant and different. The increasing vermicompost ratio sincreased total N, P and K contents. Effect of the applications on the K, Ca and Mg, effect of the control on the Fe, Mn, Cu and B contents were significant statistically. It was determined total N 2,83%, P 0,34%, K 1,92%, Ca 0,54%, Mg 0,06%, S 0,18%, Fe 288,37 mg kg(-1), Zn 19,02 mg kg(-1), Mn 27,62 mg kg(-1), Cu 219,78 mg kg(-1), B 11,36 mg kg(-1) and Na 106,09 mg kg(-1) as average of thea pplications.
