dc.description.abstractThis entry investigates the hot topics by presenting the latest advances in metal oxides and nanomaterials (gold nanoparticles, silver nanoparticles, etc.) on carbon surfaces such as graphene, carbon nanotubes, conducting polymers with nanomaterials, and sensing behavior of conducting polymers (oxidation of dopamine, gas sensors, etc.). In the literature, many studies on the use of nanomaterials as conducting polymers in biosensor applications have been reported. We have reviewed the related topics especially in nanomaterials together with sensing applications.
