dc.description.abstractBu çalışmada, psikolojik sermaye yapısının bireysel yaratıcı performans ve girişimcilik eğilimleri üzerindeki etkisi araştırılmıştır. Ayrıca, öğretim elemanlarının girişimcilik düzeylerinde belirleyici olacağı düşünüldüğünden finansal risk toleransı düzenleyici değişken olarak kabul edilmiştir. Çalışmada katılımcılara internet aracılığıyla bir anket formu gönderilmiştir. Ana kütle, herhangi bir teknoparkta işletmesi bulunan ve bulunmayan tüm akademisyenler olarak tespit edilmiştir. Bu amaçla Teknoloji Geliştirme Bölgesi Derneğinden destek istenmiş ve sistemlerinde kayıtlı bulunan girişimci öğretim elemanlarına anket formunun iletilmesi istenmiştir. Bu sayede girişimci olan ve olmayan öğretim elemanları karşılaştırmalı olarak analiz edilecektir. Elde edilen bulgulara göre çalışmaya katılan 276 katılımcıdan 114 akademisyenin herhangi bir teknoparkta şirketi olduğu, 116’sının şirketi olmadığı ve 46’sının şirket kurmayı düşündüğü gözlenmiştir. Araştırma modelinin analizi için regresyon yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Çalışmanın en temel sonucu olarak finansal risk toleransı ve psikolojik sermaye değişkenlerinin bireysel yaratıcılığı açıklama düzeyi %90 olarak bulunmuştur.
dc.description.abstractIn this study, the effect of psychological capital structure on individual creative performance and entrepreneurship tendencies were investigated in accordance with the previous literature. It has been envisaged that financial risk tolerance may have an effect on the level of entrepreneurship tendencies of the participants and is included in the research model as a moderator variable. Data were collected in collaboration with Turkey Association of Technology Development Zones with an online survey. All academicians with or without a company in any technopark were identified as the universe of the study. For this purpose, the Technology Development Zone Association was asked for support and the questionnaire was requested to be sent to the entrepreneurial instructors who were registered in their systems. In this way it was thus possible to make a comparison between entrepreneurial and non-entrepreneurial academics. Our study has been included 276 participants which is an amount of 114 academicians who already have companies in any technopark, 116 academicians who do not have any companies and finally 46 academicians who have been thinking about having a company. The regression method was used for the analysis of the research model. Financial risk tolerance was assumed as a mediator variable and relationship scores have been observed with regression results.
