Özet
Bu tez çalışmasında Genelleştirilmiş Kummerkongrüanslarının ispatı Washington(1996) IntroductiontoCyclotomicFields kitabı temel alınarak yapılmıştır.Dirichlet L-Fonksiyonu ve P-adic L-Fonksiyonu ile ilgili temel kavramlar verilmiş ve gerekli teoremler ifade edilmiştir. Bu kavram ve teoremler ile Genelleştirilmiş KummerKongrüanslarının ispatı yapılmıştır
