Abstract
The research was conducted to determine harmful Hemiptera and Hymenoptera species in Rose Garden of Gortepe Park in Istanbul, Turkey in 2010 and 2011 years. As a result of the study, 24 species belonging to the orders of Hemiptera and two species Hymenoptera were detemined. Among these species, Macrosiphum rosae Linnaeus, Macrosiphum mordvilkoi Myazaki, Metopolophium dirhodum Walker (Aphididae), Stephanitis pyri Fabricius (Tingidae), Nezara viridula Linnaeus (Pentatomidae) from Hemiptera and Arge ochropus Gmelin (Argidae) and Cladardis elongatula Klug (Tenthredinidae) from Hymenoptera were determined as important harmful species.
