dc.description.abstractBu çalışma ile Kırşehir il ve ilçelerinin kentsel alanında kanatlı eti tüketimini etkileyen faktörlerin belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Bu amaç için tüketicilerin kanatlı eti tüketim düzeyleri ve tüketim davranışları incelenmiştir. Örnek sayısı oransal yaklaşım kullanılarak belirlenmiştir. Bu çalışmada, 756 kişi ile anket yapılmıştır. Bu araştırma, 2013 yılında nisan ve haziran aylarında yürütülmüştür. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre, kişi başı yıllık kanatlı eti tüketimi 15,2 kg olarak belirlenmiştir. Bu tüketimin, sırasıyla, tavuk, hindi ve kaz etleri olduğu belirlenmiştir.Sonuç olarak, kanatlı eti tüketimi Kırşehir il ve ilçelerinin kentsel alanında tüketicilerin eğitim düzeyine göre yükselmiştir. Fakat tüketicilerin gelirlerindeki artış ile kanatlı eti tüketiminden kırmızı et doğru bir eğilim belirlenmiştir. Diğer taraftan, kanatlı eti tüketimi, ailede bireylerin sayısının artırılması ile artmıştır.
dc.description.abstractThe aim of this study was conducted to determine the factors affecting the consumption of poultry meat in the urban area of Kirsehir province. For this purpose, the behavior of consumers and consumption of poultry meat consumption levels were examined. The number of samples were determined using the proportional approach. In this study, survey was conducted with 756 people. This research was carried out in April and June in year of 2013. According to this research, average annual per capita consumption of poultry meat was 15.2 kg. This consumption was determined chicken, turkey and goose meat, respectively. As a result, the consumption of poultry meat increased according to the level of education of consumers in urban areas of Kirsehir province. But, a trend towards red and poultry meat consumption were determined with the increase in consumers' incomes. On the other hand, the consumption of poultry meat was increased with increase the number of individuals in the family.
