Farklı malzemelerden plastik enjeksiyon yöntemi ile makine parçası üretimi

Abstract

Plastik enjeksiyon süreci plastik parça üretiminde en popüler yöntemdir. Bu sürecin bilgisayar ortamında analizi yapılabilir. Yapılan analizler neticesinde elde edilen kalıplama parametreleriyle uygun kalıp imalatına geçilebilir. Bu çalışmada plastik enjeksiyon kalıplama prosesi kullanılarak farklı termoplastik malzemelerden parça üretimi yapılmıştır. Üretilecek parçanın Solidworks ile kalıp seti tasarımı yapılmıştır. Bilgisayar destekli tasarım sonrasında CNC tezgahlarda kalıp parçalarının üretimi gerçekleştirilmiştir. Üretilen kalıp seti plastik enjeksiyon tezgahına alınarak içerisine ABS, PP ve PS termoplastik malzemeler enjekte edilmiştir. Farklı termoplastik malzemelerden elde edilen numuneler karşılaştırılmıştır.

Plastic injection process is the most popular manufacturing method for a plastic product. This process can be simulated in computer media. As a result of the analysis with the appropriate parameters obtained from the molding and mold making can begin. CNC machine tools were produced after the design of molded parts. Set is produced in the mold ABS, PP and PS were injected thermoplastic materials. Compared with samples obtained from different thermoplastic materials.
