Ticari probiyotiğin, lepistes balığında (Poecilia reticulata) büyüme ve üreme performansı üzerine etkileri

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, lepistes balığının (poecilia reticulata) rasyonlarına ilave edilen ticari probiyotiğin büyüme ve üreme performanslarına etkileri araştırılmıştır. Bu amaçla Namık Kemal Üniversitesi Teknik Bilimler Meslek Yüksek Okulu Su Ürünleri Bölüm laboratuarında gerçekleştirilen çalışmada ortalama boyları; 3,9167±0,05616 cm ve ortalama ağırlıkları 0,08185±0,01371 g olan 72 adet dişi lepistes balığı 33x35x35 cm boyutlarında camdan yapılmış 12 adet akvaryuma stoklanmıştır.Lepistes balıklarının; %0(P0), %1(P1), %1,5(P1,5), %2(P2) probiyotik bulunan 4 farklı yem ile 90 gün boyunca beslenmesi sonucu elde edilen veriler birbirleri ile karşılaştırılmıştır.Deneme sonunda; P0 2,2011±0,16149 g, P1 3,0218±0,15337 g, P1,5 3,3676±0,13096 g, P2 2,9672±0,11094 g ortalama canlı ağırlık ve ortalama boyları; P0 5,2028±0,9415 cm, P1 5,5147±0,05436 cm, P1,5 5,7794±0,08543 cm, P2 5,7417±0,09299 cm olarak, toplam yavru alımları P0 418 adet, P1 541 adet, P1,5 813 adet ve P2 734 adet olduğu görülmüştür. Ağırlık, boy ve yavru alımı bakımından P0 grubu ile karşılaştırıldığında istatistiksel olarak önemli bulunmuştur (P<0,01).

İn this study, the effects of commerical probiotic, added to the dietary of guppy fish (Poecilia reticulata), on growth and reproductive performance, were investigated. For this purpose; in the study carried out in Namık Kemal University, Vocational School of Technical Sciences, Department of Fisheries Laboratory, 72 female guppy fish, whose average lenght is 3,9167±0,05616 cm and average weight is 0,08185±0,01371 g; were stocked in 12 glass aquarium which are in size of 35x35x35 cm.Various data obtained through 90 days of feeding with 4 different regimes including 0%(P0), 1%(P1), 1,5%(P1,5), 2%(P2) probiotic are compared to each other. The results indicate that average live weight and length of P0, P1, P1,5, P2, 2,2011±0,16149 g and 5,2028±0,9415 cm, 3,028±0,15337 g and 5,5147±0,05436 cm, 3,3676±0,13096 g and 5,7794±0,08543 cm, 2,9672±0,11094 g and 5,7417±0,09299 cm respectively. Fry production if P0,P1,P1,5 and P2 was 418,451,813 and 734 respectively.When compared to the control group(P0), weight, lenght and fry production of P1,P1,5,P2 was found statistically significant (P<0,01).
