Namık Kemal Üniversitesi kampüs alanının üç (3D) boyutlu modellemesi.

Abstract

Bu çalışma, ülkemizde yaygınlaşan İnternet Tabanlı Coğrafi Bilgi Sistemlerinin bir uygulaması olan Kampüs Bilgi Sistemlerinin, tarımsal yapılara uygulanması fikrinden yola çıkılarak gerçekleştirilmiştir. Tekirdağ Namık Kemal Üniversitesi Kampüs alanı sınırları içerisinde bulunan binalar üç boyutlu modellenerek üniversitemizin kendine ait bir kampüs bilgi sistemine sahip olması amaçlanmıştır. Modellemeler yapılırken; Google Earth, Sketchup Pro ve ArcGIS Desktop 9.3 yazılımları kullanılmıştır. Google Earth yazılımında yer alan uydu görüntüleri (bölgeye ait) altlık olarak kullanılmıştır. Sketchup ortamında Namık Kemal Üniversitesi Kampüs alanı içerisinde bulunan binalar üç boyutlu modellenerek, Sony DSC – HX200V GPS özellikli fotoğraf makinesiyle çekilen fotoğraflarla doku kaplamaları yapılmıştır. ArcGIS Desktop 9.3 yazılımıyla veritabanı oluşturularak bu modeller ArcGIS ortamına aktarılmıştır. Bu şekilde Namık Kemal Üniversitesi kampüs binaları üç boyutlu olarak modellenmiştir.

This study has been developed starting from the idea of the implementation of the Campus Information Systems on the agricultural structures, a part of the Internet Based Geographic Information System widespreaded in our country. By constituting and modelling a three-dimensional database of the agricultural structures and the the campus buildings located within the boundaries of the Campus of Namık Kemal University, a campus information system has been aimed to be belonging to our university. While modelling, Google Earth, Sketchup and ArcGIS Desktop 9.3 software have been used. The satellite images (of the region) located in Google Earth Software were used as basis. Aerial photograph by Google Earth Software related to the work field has been obtained for the purpose of being used as a base. Texture coatings have been done with the photos taken with the camera Sony DSC-HX200V GPS featured by three dimensional modelling in the Sketchup environment of the agricultural structures and the campus buildings located in the campus area of Namık Kemal University. These models have been transfered to ArcGIS environment by constituting database in the ArcGIS enviroment. In this way, the campus buildings of Namık Kemal University are modeled as three-dimensional.
