Tekirdağ ili süt sığırı işletmelerinin hayvan refahına uyumu

Abstract

Hayvan refahı açısından belirli standartlar getirmek ve isletmelerin bu standartlara uygunluğunu saptamak için değisik yöntemler gelistirilmeye çalısılmıstır. Bu yöntemlerden bir kısmı sadece isletme kosullarının uygunluğunu incelerken, bir kısmı da hayvanların fizyolojik verilerini inceleyerek isletmelerin hayvan refahı açısından uygunluğu ile ilgili bir takım sonuçlara varmaya çalısmıslardır. Bu arastırmada Bartussek ve ark. (2000) tarafından gelistirilen ve isletme kosullarının belirli kriterler dahilinde puanlanmasına dayanan ANI 35L/2000 yöntemini temel alarak bir puanlama sistemi gelistirildi ve Tekirdağ ili içerisinde 105 isletmede uygulandı. Bu 105 isletme kendi içerisinde 4 farklı guruba ayrıldı . Elde edilen veriler her bir temel kriter ve bunlara ait alt kriterler gurupların içerisinde ve toplam isletmeler içerisinde ayrı ayrı ele alındı. Bu sonuçlar Bartussek’in belirlediği kriterlerle kıyaslandı ve incelenen isletmelerin hayvan refahı açısından uygunlukları belirlenmeye çalısıldı. Bu isletmelerin ANI 35L/2000 standartlarına ve hayvan refahı kriterlerine uygun olmadığı tespit edilmistir(? 2, p<0,01).

Bring certain standards in terms of animal welfare and dairy farms to determine compliance with these standards developed different methods were studied. These results were compared with Criterias of Bartussek has been done before and in terms of animal welfare in dairy cattle barns were studied to determine the suitability of. These dairy farms were compared with the standard ANI 35L/2000 and not appropriate in terms of animal welfare have been identified(?2, p<0,01).
