Kırsal Alanda Kadın Girişimciliğine Etki Eden Faktörler ve Tekirdağ İlinde Mevcut Durumun Belirlenmesi

Abstract

Bu araştırmada, Tekirdağ ilinin girişimcilik potansiyeli, kırsal alanda kadın girişimciliği ve Tekirdağ ilinde mevcut durum irdelenmiştir. Elde edilen bulgulara göre; (a) ilin kara, demir, deniz ve hava yolu bağlantısı, İstanbul gibi bir metropole yakın olması girişimcilik potansiyelini olumlu yönde etkilemektedir. İl, genç ve dinamik bir nüfusa sahiptir. Verimlilik ve girişimcilik açısından nüfusun yarıdan fazlası 39 yaş ve daha gençtir. Bu nüfusun eğitimi ve istihdamı girişimcilik açısından değerlendirilebilecek önemli bir potansiyeldir. İl geneli ve bilhassa Çorlu, Çerkezköy gibi sanayi bölgelerinde çeşitli bölgelerden gelen farklı kültürlere sahip bir nüfus oluşmaktadır. İl nüfusunun yarıdan fazlasının (% 65,3) sekiz yıl ve daha az eğitim alması il girişimcilik potansiyelini olumsuz yönde etkilemektedir. Tekirdağ İŞKUR tarafından verilen eğitimler, sanayi ve tarıma dayalı sanayi ilin girişimcilik potansiyelini olumlu yönde desteklemektedir. (b) İl kırsalında verimlilik çağındaki kadın oranının % 34,4 olması kırsal girişimcilik açısından pozitif bir durumdur. Ancak, kırsal kadınların yaklaşık ¾’ünün ilköğretim mezunu olduğu, % 98,0’inin okul dışı bir mesleki eğitim almadığı, dış çevre ile iletişimlerinin oldukça sınırlı kaldığı, yarıdan fazlasının tarımın geleceğini belirsiz gördüğü ve kırsal kadınların yaklaşık ¾’ünün aylıkçı olarak sigortalı bir işte çalışmak istediği saptanmıştır. (c) Kırsal kadın girişimciliğini etkileyen çevresel faktörlerin etkinliğinde ise kırsal kadının sermayesinin olmadığı (% 93,4), ev ve çocuklar ile ilgilendiği (% 90,8), destek, teşvik vb. olmaması (% 89,8), kadınların örgütlenmemiş olması (% 88,5) gibi etmenlerin ilk sıralarda yer almaktadır. Buna karşın en az engelin geleneksel inanç ve baskının olduğu (% 41,0) saptanmıştır

In this study, the entrepreneurial potential of the province of Tekirdag, women's entrepreneurship in rural areas, and discussed the current situation in the province of Tekirdag. According to the findings : ( a) the provincial road, rail , sea and air connections , is close to a metropolis like Istanbul positive effect on entrepreneurial potential . Province, has a population of young and dynamic . More than half of the population in terms of productivity and entrepreneurship is younger than 39 years of age . This is considered a significant potential in terms of entrepreneurship education and employment of the population . Province-wide , and in particular Çorlu, Saray from various areas , such as industrial zones consist of a culturally diverse population . More than half of the provincial population (65.3 %) provinces receive less education than eight years and a negative effect on entrepreneurial potential . Training provided by İŞKUR Tekirdag , industry and entrepreneurial potential positive support agro-industrial province. (b) the City is 34.4 % of the rural women's entrepreneurship in rural productivity in terms of age is positive .
