CE işaretlemesi ve tarım makineleri

Abstract

Avrupa Topluluğu ülkeleri küreselleşmeye ayak uydurmak ve hızlı gelişimi sağlamak adına bir takım bütünleşme hareketleri gerçekleştirmektedir. Bütünleşme ile hedeflenen, ortak alanları arttırmak ve kısır döngüler içinde üretim yapmaktan sıyrılarak rekabet sahası oluşturmaktır. `'İyi olan kazanır'' ideolojisiyle bir adım önde olmanın getirilerinin farkındalığı; nitelikli ve gelişmiş ürünler piyasanın kalitesini arttırır. Gümrük Birliğiyle 1996 yılı başlarında Türkiye Avrupa Topluluğu ülkeleriyle aynı pazar içine girmiş ve mal üretiminde birlik içinde belirlenmiş standartlara uygun üretim için gerekli olan sistematiği uyarlamaya başlamıştır. İşte bu noktadan sonraki gelişim süreci, pazarda bulunmanın yararları, ürünlerin pazarda serbest dolaşımını sağlayan ve güvenilir ürününün sembolü olan CE işaretinin anlamı, ürüne iliştirilme yolları, CE işareti taşıyan ürünün sahip olması gereken standartlar, makineler ve tarım makineleri için atıfta bulunulan direktiflerin içerikleri bu çalışmada incelenmiştir. Türkiye'deki tarım makinelerinin ithalat ve ihracattaki durumu ortaya konularak, ihracatımızda büyük payı olan ekim makinelerinden pnömatik ekim makinesinde CE işaretlemesi yapılıp, konu tarım makineleri üreticilerine kılavuz olması amacıyla yüksek lisans tezi olarak şekil ve çizelgelerle ortaya konulmuştur.

European Community countries are carrying into a integration transactions in order to adapt to globalization and to ensure rapid development. Main targets of this integration are expanding the common areas and creating a competitive field as they graze from producing within vicious circles. In respect of the ideology ? only the good wins ? and the awareness of the yields of being a step ahead, it is believed that improved product quality improves the quality of the market. With the Customs Union in early 1996, Turkey entered into the same market with the European Community countries and started to implement the systematic that is required to make production in accordance to the specific standards accepted in the union. At this point and after, the development process, the benefits of being in the market, the meaning of CE symbol which points out the reliabile product and free roaming within the market, the methods how to attach this symbol onto a product, the required standards of CE marked products are examined in this study in behalf of machinery and in specific of agricultural machinery. With the aim of being a guide for the manufacturers of agricultural machinery, this Master of Science thesis states how to mark CE symbol onto a pneumatic planting machine which have the biggest share in Turkeys sectoral export as well as figuring out the current situation of Turkeys agricultural machinery import and export.
