Okçuluk sporcularının sporda imgeleme becerilerinin hedef yönelimi düzeylerine etkisinin incelenmesi

Abstract

Bu araştırmanın amacı okçuluk sporu ile ilgilenen sporcuların imgeleme becerileri ve hedef yönelimleri arasındaki ilişkiyi incelemektir. Araştırma grubu; araştırma grubunu 2019-2020 yılları arasında Türkiye okçuluk federasyonuna bağlı 116 erkek ve 135 kadın olmak üzere 251 gönüllü sporcudan oluşmaktadır. Araştırma örnekleminin belirlenmesi için tesadüfi örnekleme yöntemi kullanılmıştır. İlişkisel tarama yöntemi ile yapılan araştırmada veri toplama aracı olarak Sporda İmgeleme Envanteri ve Sporda Hedef (Görev ve Ego) Yönelimi Envanteri kullanılmıştır. Verilerin çözüm ve yorumlamasında önce araştırma bulgularına kolmogorov smirnov testi ve Shapiro-Wilk testi ve ayrıca Skewness ve Kurtosis değerlerine göre normallik dağılımları yapılmış ve p<0.05 ten küçük olduğu için ve standart sapma değerlerinin (standart eror) -1,961,96 arasında olmadığı için verilerin normal dağılmadığını söyleyebiliriz. Buna göre ilişkisiz ölçümler için mann whitney u testi ve kruskal wallis h testi kullanılmıştır. Ayrıca değişkenler arasındaki ilişkinin incelenmesi için de spearman korelasyon testi kullanılmıştır. Bu çalışmanın sonucunda; okçuluk sporu ile ilgilenen sporcuların imgeleme becerilerinin hedef yönelimine etkisinin olduğu, okçuların imgeleme becerileri ile hedef yönelimi arasında pozitif yönde anlamlı düzeyde fark olduğu bulunmuştur. Bu farklılık sonucunda imgeleme alt boyutlarından motivasyonel ve bilişsel özel boyut arttıkça hedef yönelimi alt boyutlarından görev ve ego yöneliminin arttığı söylenebilir. Sonuç olarak belirlenen değişkenler ile imgeleme alt boyutlarındaki farkın hedef yönelimine etkisi olduğu söylenebilir.

The aim of this study is to examine the relationship between imagery skills and target orientations of athletes interested in archery. The research group consists of 251 volunteer athletes, 116 male and 135 female, affiliated with the Turkish Archery Federation between the years 2019-2020. Random sampling method was used to determine the research sample. In the research conducted with the relational scanning method, the Sports Imagery Inventory and the Sports Goal (task and Ego) Orientation Inventory were used as data collection tools. In the analysis and interpretation of the data, firstly, normality distributions were made according to the Kolmogorov Smirnov test and Shapiro-Wilk test, as well as Skewness and Kurtosis values and because p>0.05 and standard error values are between -1,961,96; we can say that the data is distributed not normally. Accordingly, Kruskall Wallis H test, mann whitney u test was used for Independent Samples for variables with more than, In addition, Spearman correlation test was used to examine the relationship between variables. As a result of this study; It was determined that the imagination skills of the athletes had an effect on the target orientation, and a positive difference was found between the imagination skills of the archers and the target orientation. As a result of this difference, it can be said that as the motivational and cognitive special dimension increase, the task and ego orientation, which are the sub-dimensions of target orientation, also increased. As a result, it can be said that variations in the sub-dimensions of imagination with the determined variables has an effect on target orientation.
