dc.description.abstractBu arastırma, 2007 yılı vegetasyon döneminde yürütülmüstür. Arastırmada materyal olarak Karadeniz bölgesinde dogal olarak yetisebilen zabella üzüm çesidinin Tekirdag kosullarında yetistirilme olanaklarını belirlemek amacıyla fenolojik gözlemler, ampelografik özellikler, salkım ve tane özellikleri, sarap kalitesi incelemistir. zabella’nın fenolojik gelisme asamalarında; gözlerin kabarması 20.04, gözlerin uyanması 28.04, tam çiçeklenme 17.06, ben düsme 19.07, olgunluk 13.09, yaprak dökümü 25.11 tarihleri olarak belirlenmistir. Salkım ve taneye ait özellikler incelendiginde asma basına ortalama 11 salkım bulunan, silindirik salkım yapısında, 109,70g salkım agırlıgında, 69,22 cm eninde, 107,42 cm boyunda, 87,70 cm³ hacimde, üzerinde ortalama 42 tane bulunan salkım yapısına sahiptir. Tane yuvarlak, mavimsi-siyah, kalın kabuklu, 16.06 mm eninde, 17.22 mm boyunda, 2 çekirdekli yapıya sahiptir. Saraba ait özellikler incelendiginde alkol %9,5 g/L, pH 3,18, toplam asit 7,26 g/L, seker %72,5, genel SO2 35 mg/L, tanen 0,9292 mg/L, antosiyanin 156 mg/L olarak bulunmustur. Tüm bu incelenen ve arastırılan karakterler göz önünde bulunduruldugunda Karadeniz Bölgesi ile benzer kosullara sahip Tekirdag’da da yetistirilebilecegi sofralık olarak degerlendirilebilecegi ve yapılan sarap degüstasyonunda kaliteli sarap sınıfında yer almıstır. Sarabının yalın olarak üretimi Türk Gıda Kodeksi Yönetmeligi Sarap Tüzügü tarafından uygun olmadıgı belirtilmis oldugundan bu konuda daha detaylı çalısmaların yapılması gerektigi düsünülmüstür.en_US
dc.description.abstractThis research was conducted in 2007 vegetation season. In this research growing possibility of Izabel grape variety which is grown in naturel flora in Karadeniz region was ingestigated for Tekirdag. For that purpose phelonologic observations, ampelographic characteristics, cluster and berry characteristics and wine quality were examined. It was found that; bud swelling date was on 24th of April, bud burst was on 28th of April, full bloom was on 17th of June, verasion was on 19th of July, maturation was on 13th of September, leaf fall was on 25th of November. We also investigeted cluster and berry characteristics. Avarege cluster per grapevine was 11, shape of the cluster was cylindirical. Cluster weight was 109,70g, cluster width was 69,22mm, lenght of the cluster was 107,42mm, cluster volume was 87,70mm, berry number average 42 in per cluster. Berries were round, blue-black colored and thick skinned. Berry width was 16,06mm ,berry length was 17,22mm and there were two seed per berry. In the characteristic wine of Izabella it was found that, alcohol content was %9,5, pH was 3,18 ,total acidity was 7,36 g\L ,sugar content was 72,5g/L, total SO2 concentartion 35mg/L, tanin content was 0,9292 mg/L, and anthociyanin content was 156mg/L. Considering that all these characteristics examined and analysed, it has been evaluated that grape can be also grown in Tekirdag which has the similiar conditions with Black sea region and that it can be used as table grape, and also it has been classified within the “quality wine” class in wine degustation. Because the pure wine production has been indicated as “not permitted” in accordance with Wine Regulations of Turkish Food Codex, it has been decided that further detailed studies should be carried.en_US
