Çalışma hayatına katılımda engellilerin yaşadıkları sorunlar: Tekirdağ Süleymanpaşa örneği

Abstract

Çalışmada çalışma hayatında katılımda bulunan engellilerin yaşadıkları ekonomik ve sosyal yönden sorunların ortaya konulması amaçlanmıştır. Çalışma yaşamı kalitesi için engellilerin çalışma hayatında ve çevresindeki farklı konulardaki düşüncelerinin ortaya konulması için geliştirilmiştir. Kullanılan ölçekte devletin istihdam olanakları yaratmada katkısı engellilerin gözünde nasıl görüldüğü araştırma konusu olduğu için ölçeğe dahil edilmiştir. Aynı zamanda engellilerin aile ve çevresinin davranışlarının engelliler açısından memnuniyet düzeylerini belirlenmeye çalışılmıştır. Engellilerin çalışma sorunlarının daha net şekilde ifade edilebilmesi için engellilerin engellilik oranlarına göre değerlendirmede araştırma kapsamına alınmıştır. Araştırmada ayrıca engellilik türlerine göre değerlendirme yapılmıştır. Tekirdağ’ın Süleymanpaşa ilçesinden kolayda örnekleme ile elde edilen veriler SPSS veri analiz programı ile analiz edilmiştir. Yapılan uygun analizler sonucunda ölçeğin güvenilirliği ve geçerliliği kabul edilmiştir. Ayrıca katılımcıların cinsiyet, yaş, medeni durum, çalışma durumu, çalışma yılları, engellilik türü ve oranı gibi demografik değişkenlerle yapılan analizler sonucunda gruplara göre devletin engellilerin istihdamına yönelik politikaların katılımcılar açısında farklılık gösterdiği ancak aile ve çevrenin göstermiş olduğu davranışların her demografik değişken için farklı sonuçlar gösterdiği belirlenmiştir.

It is aimed to present the economic and social problems of the disabled who participated in the working life in working life. The study was developed for the purpose of presenting the thoughts of the different disciplines in the working life and environment of the disabled for quality of life. The scale used is included in the scale because it is the research topic on how the government's contribution to creating employment opportunities is seen in the eyes of those with disabilities. At the same time, it was attempted to determine the level of satisfaction of the families and the environment of the handicapped in terms of their obstacles. In order to clarify the working problems of the disabled, it is included in the scope of the research by evaluating the disabled according to their disability rates. The research was also assessed according to the types of disability. The data obtained by sampling easily from Süleymanpaşa district of Tekirdağ were analyzed by SPSS data analysis program. Reliability and validity of the scale were accepted as the result of appropriate analysis. In addition, demographic variables such as gender, age, marital status, working status, years of work, disability type and proportion of participants showed that the policies of employing the state according to the groups differ according to the groups but the behaviors that the family and the circles showed different results for each demographic variable It has been identified.
