MESLEK YÜKSEKOKULU ÖĞRENCİLERİNİN TÜRKİYE'NİN AVRUPA BİRLİĞİ ÜYELİĞİNE YÖNELİK BAKIŞ AÇILARININ İNCELENMESİ

Abstract

Bu çalışmanın amacı, üniversite eğitimi alan öğrencilerin Türkiye'nin Avrupa Birliği Üyeliğine bakış açılarını, Avrupa birliği üyeliğini destekleyip desteklemediklerini belirlemek ve Avrupa birliği üyeliğinin getireceği olanaklara ilişkin düşüncelerini açıklamaktır. Araştırmanın örneklemi, ders zorunluluğu bulunan 247 öğrencidir.Verilerin analizi, SPSS 23.0 istatistik programı ile yapılmıştır. Araştırmanın bulgularında,araştırmaya katılan öğrencilerin demografik özellikleri verilmiş, faktör analizi yapılmış ve ifadeler tek boyut altında toplanmıştır.Değişkenler arasındaki ilişkileri incelemek amacıyla, Bağımsız örneklem t Testi Tek Yönlü ANOVA testleri yapılmıştır.Bu analiz sonucunda, öğrencilerinin büyük çoğunluğunun Türkiye'nin Avrupa Birliği üyeliğini desteklediği, olumlu bir bakış açısı içerisinde oldukları tespit edilmiştir.Avrupa Birliği üyeliğini destekleyen veolumlu bir bakış açısına sahip olan öğrencilerin Avrupa Birliği'nin getireceği olanaklara karşı da daha olumlu bir bakış açısı içinde oldukları ortaya çıkmıştır.

The purpose of this study is to examine the the perspective of the students studying at university to European Union membership process, to determine whether they support the European Union membership and their thoughts on the possibilities of European Union membership. This study uses data from a sample 247 students who have compulsory attendance. The data are analyzed by SPSS 13.0 statistical software. The demographic characteristics of the students were given in the findings of the research, factor analysis was performed and the data were sorted into one dimension. In order to examine the relationships between variables, Independent Sample t-test and One-Way ANOVA was performed. As a result of this analysis, the majority of students supported to the European Union membership of Turkey and had a positive perspective to the European Union membership of Turkey. It also emerged that students, who supported and had a positive perspective to the European Union membership, were in a more positive perspective against the possibiilities of the European Union membership of Turkey.
