Mısır silajının fermantasyon, aerobik stabilite özellikleri üzerine aktifleştirilen Lactobacillus buchneri ve üre ilavesinin etkileri

Abstract

Bu çalışma, silolama öncesi aktifleştirilen Lactobacillus buchneri (LB CNCM I-4323, Lallemand) inokulantının mısır silajına üre ile ilavesinin fermantasyon ve aerobik stabilite üzerine etkilerini belirlemek amacıyla düzenlenmiştir. Mısır süt olum döneminde hasat edilmiştir. Hasat sonrası materyaller 6 muamele grubuna bölünmüştür. Muamele grupları 1- Kontrol 2- Lactobacillus buchneri (LB) at 1×105 kob/g TM 3-Üre %1 KM 4- Lactobacillus buchneri + Üre (LB+Üre), 5-Aktive edilen Lactobacillus buchneri (ALB) 1×105 kob/g TM 6- Aktive edilen Lactobacillus buchneri + Üre (ALB+Üre)'den oluşmaktadır. Katkı maddesi ilavesinden sonra silaj örnekleri her muamele grubunda 3'er tekerrür olmak üzere plastik torbalara vakumlanarak doldurulmuştur. Fermantasyonun 1., 3.,7., 14. ve 75. günü açılan silaj örneklerinde kimyasal ve mikrobiyolojik analizler yapılmıştır. Yetmiş beşinci gün açılan silajlara 7 gün süre ile aerobik stabilite testi uygulanmıştır. Bu çalışmada silolama öncesi aktifleştirilen Lactobacillus buchneri inokulantı ve üre ilavesi mısır silajlarının fermantasyonun ve aerobik stabilitesini olumlu yönde etkilemiştir. ALB grubundaki silajların HP, LA değerlerini arttırırken, AA, PA, pH, NDF, ADF ve maya içeriklerinin düşmesine sebep olmuştur. Silajlara ALB+ Üre ilave edilmesi silajların aerobik stabilitelerinin gelişmesini sağlamıştır. Sonuç olarak aktifleştirilen Lactobacillus buchneri'nin aktifleştirilmesi ve üre ile kullanılması mısırın fermantasyon profili, kimyasal bileşimini ve aerobik stabilitesini iyileştirmek amacı ile kullanılabilir

This study was designed to determine the effects of the addition of Lactobacillus buchneri (LB CNCM I-4323, Lallemand) inoculant activated before ensiling to corn silage with urea on fermentation and aerobic stability. Corn was harvested during the milk stage period. Post-harvest materials were divided into 6 treatment groups. Treatment groups 1- Control, 2- Lactobacillus buchneri (LB) 1×105 cfu/g FM 3-Urea 1% DM 4- Lactobacillus buchneri + Urea (LB+Urea), 5- Activated Lactobacillus buchneri (ALB) 1×105 cfu/g FM 6- Activated Lactobacillus buchneri + Urea (ALB) + Urea). After adding the additives, the silage samples were vacuum packed into plastic bags with 3 replications in each treatment group. Chemical and microbiological analyzes were performed on silage samples opened on the 1st, 3rd, 7th, 14th and 75th days of fermentation. The aerobic stability test was applied to the silages opened on the 75th day for 7 days. In this study, the addition of Lactobacillus buchneri inoculant and urea activated before ensiling positively affected the fermentation and aerobic stability of corn silages. While it increased the CP, LA values of the silages in the ALB group, it caused a decrease in the AA, PA, pH, NDF, ADF and yeast contents. Adding ALB+ Urea to silages improved the aerobic stability of silages. As a result, activation of Lactobacillus buchneri and its use with urea can be used to improve the fermentation profile, chemical composition and aerobic stability of corn.
