Örme kumaş üretiminde makine girişim probleminin simülasyon tekniğiyle analizi

Abstract

Bu çalışmanın amacı örme işletmesinde verimlilik artışı sağlamak için simülasyon tekniği kullanarak makine duruşlarını ve maliyetleri minimize etmektir. Bu amaç doğrultusunda, bir örme kumaş üreticisine ait gerçek veriler incelenmiştir. Devamında firmanın kendi yazılımı kullanılarak bir yıllık siparişler filtrelenip, en çok gelen siparişler belirlenmiştir. Söz konusu siparişlere göre makine duruşları, duruş tipleri ve duruşlara müdahale süreleri zaman etüdüyle kaydedilmiş, ilgili bilgiler Simul8 yazılımına aktarılarak simülasyon modeli kurulmuştur. Kurulan modelin geçerliliği sağlandıktan sonra alternatif modeller oluşturulup, çeşitli verimlilik ve maliyet analizleri yapılmıştır. Farklı sipariş tipleri için bir operatörün ilgilenmesi gereken makine sayısı hakkında önerilerde bulunulmuştur.

The aim of this study is to minimize machine downtimes and costs by using simulation technique in order to increase productivity in knitting industry. For this purpose, real data belonging to a knitted fabric manufacturer were examined. Subsequently, one-year orders were filtered using the company's own software, and the most received orders were determined. According to the orders in question, machine stoppages, types of stoppages and response times to stoppages were recorded with a time study, and a simulation model was created by transferring the relevant information to Simul8 software. After the validation of the composed model, alternative models were created and various efficiency and cost analyzes were performed. Suggestions were made on the number of machines that an operator should pay attention to for different types of orders.
