Balık kas dokusunda analiz edilen metallerin akümülasyon konsantrasyonları Fe (58,8) > Zn (23,9) > Mn (3,3) > As (1,44) > Cu (0.8) > Cr (0,6)> Ni (0,3) > Cd (0,08) mg/kg kuru ağırlık şeklinde tespit edilmiştir. ANOVA analizleri, farklı balık türlerinin kaslarında Fe, Zn, Mn, As, Cu, Cr, Ni ve Cd'nin anlamlı varyasyonlarını (p <0.05) göstermiştir. Farklı istasyonlara göre Arsenik önemli ölçüde anlamlı(p <0.05) bulunmuştur. Pb (sediment hariç) ve Hg ICP-OES'nin ölçüm limitinin altında olduğundan ölçülememiştir. Balık numunelerinde Cu hariç tüm esansiyel ve toksik metallerin seviyeleri insan tüketimi için tavsiye edilen ulusal ve uluslararası yasal limitlerin üzerinde bulunmuştur. Sedimentteki ortalama ağır metal konsantrasyonları Fe(10646,65)>Mn(265,02)>Zn(18,63)>Cr(16,34)>Ni (15,34)>As(11,94) >Pb(3,91)>Cu(3,8)>Cd(2,3) şeklinde tespit edilmiştir. Balık ve sediment numunelerinde PAH ve OCP değerleri maksimum kalıntı limitlerinin altında tespit edilmiştir. In our study, in order to investigate the presence of essential and toxic metals, PAH and OCP in the Marmara Sea fish and sediment, in spring 2018, 4 different stations from the coastal line of Tekirdağ province, 4 different types of bottom fish (tongue, whiting, tabby and angler fish) samples and each Sediment samples were collected. Bioaccumulation of essential and toxic metals in the muscle tissue of fish and sediment samples (Cd, Ni, Cu, Pb, Cr, Mn, Hg, Fe, As, Zn), with the ICP-OES device, Polyaromatic Hydrocarbons (PAH) and Organochlorine pesticides (OCP) were determined using GC MS and GC EDC. Accumulation concentrations of metals analyzed in fish muscle tissue Fe (58,8)> Zn (23,9)> Mn (3,3)> As (1,44)> Cu (0.8)> Cr (0,6)> Ni ( 0,3)> Cd (0,08) mg / kg dry weight. ANOVA analysis showed significant variations of Fe, Zn, Mn, As, Cu, Cr, Ni and Cd in the muscles of different fish species (p <0.05). According to the different stations, Arsenic was found to be significantly significant (p <0.05). Pb (excluding sediment) and Hg were not measured as it was below the measurement limit of ICP-OES. Levels of all essential and toxic metals in fish samples except Cu were found to exceed the recommended national and international legal limits for human consumption. The average heavy metal concentrations in the sediment were Fe (10646,65)> Mn (265,02)> Zn (18,63)> Cr (16, 4)> Ni (15,34)> As (11,94)> Pb (3 , 91)> Cu (3,8)> Cd (2,3). In fish and sediment samples, PAH and OCP values were determined below the maximum residue limits.
